About This Song

This song was written in a moment of revelation — not by effort, but by surrender.
Every line arrived through the Holy Spirit.

My only role was to hold the pen.

“In Jesus’ Name” is a worship anthem meant to lift the Church, unify believers, and remind us that every blessing, every healing, every moment of restoration flows through the name above every name — Jesus Christ.

I offer this song with humility and gratitude, praying it brings hope, renewal, and revival to every heart that hears it.

IN JESUS' NAME (WORSHIP ANTHEM)

The melodies come fast,

It’s pleasure and fun, a blast,

But it doesn’t last,

Oh, it doesn’t last.

In Jesus name, in Jesus name.

The rhymes and rhythms too,

Each one makes me think of you,

But you’re not here, so I get blue.

In Jesus name, in Jesus name.

They are the heartbeat of our story,

Each one leads us back to each other,

Each one leads us back to our glory.

In Jesus name, in Jesus name.

So amen to the risen Son,

Babe we’re about to win,

So wake up, hon—

In Jesus name, in Jesus name.

Now about all this beautiful fruit,

Now about how it all came to be true,

I must set the record clear—

I didn’t do much but listen with my ear.

In Jesus name, in Jesus name.

Now about what’s next to do,

Now about what’s meant for me and you,

I must set the record straight,

I must proclaim His name straight.

In Jesus name, in Jesus name.

Cause none of this fruit would be possible

If God the Father hadn’t blessed us

With His Son Jesus

To teach us everything.

In Jesus name, in Jesus name.

We needed Him to unlock our story,

To get back to our glory,

By proclaiming His name true,

Giving our love room to grow.

In Jesus name, in Jesus name.

Yeah, in Jesus name, in Jesus name,

In every song I proclaim—

In Jesus name, in Jesus name.

Praying in Jesus name,

Oh praying in Jesus name,

We’ll never be the same,

Oh we’ll never be the same.

Praying in Jesus name,

Oh praying in Jesus name,

He is our gain,

Oh, He’s our ultimate game.

Praying in Jesus name,

Oh praying in Jesus name,

We are one flame,

Oh united in His name.

Praying in Jesus name,

Oh praying in Jesus name,

We’ll never be the same,

Oh we’ll never be the same.

Praying in Jesus name,

Oh praying in Jesus name,

Lift it higher,

Lift it higher,

In Jesus name.

Na-na-na, in Jesus name,

Na-na-na, in Jesus name,

Na-na-na, oh lift His name,

Praying in Jesus name.

To God goes all the glory,

In Jesus name,

Amen.

HOW I WROTE THEM ALL DOWN

A Companion Psalm of Wonder, Memory, and Calling
Revealed December 8, 2025 — Offered in humility, in Jesus’ name.

Listen to the Canon Version

About This Psalm

This Companion Psalm was written in a moment of pure revelation — a glimpse into how every song becomes a living testimony.

It reflects the mystery of being carried through creation: how the melodies arrive, how the themes return, and how the Spirit leaves fingerprints in every line.

This piece stands beside In Jesus’ Name like a quiet echo — not trying to outshine it, but to illuminate the path of how these psalms come into being.

It is part remembrance, part prophecy, part acknowledgment of the hand that guides the work.

May this psalm help listeners recognize the thread of God woven through creativity, memory, and calling.

All glory to Jesus.

— Rabbi MG

HOW I WROTE THEM ALL DOWN (COMPANION PSALM)

One thing that is going to stick out to people soon

Is how I wrote down every single tune

How I wrote them all

Obediently, divine and true

How I was like David writing psalms in the cave,

Every verse new

Like Moses on Sinai

Being handed the Commandments

Ignited on fire renewed

Like Paul in prison

Writing letters,

Wishing he was visiting churches

Teaching them verses

Showing them Jesus’s mercy

Like Peter, the rock of ages

Like Isaiah, the prophet in a long lineage of sages

Like Solomon the architect

Building a new temple for the Israelites

Like Noah building the ark before the flood

Counting the animals one by one

Cause that’s what I’m doing writing down all these songs

Each one shows me how I belong

How Jesus wrote every one

How Jesus is the risen Son

And how I’m one of His beloved

Because my flame was really two

Two ignited in His love

Two forever true

And Jesus is finally bringing them together

As one holy flame

So that’s why I’m writing all these songs

Proclaiming His name

Oh, thank You Jesus for giving me every one

Thank You Lord for preserving them for the Son’s return

Oh Lord, thank You from the bottom of my heart

Thank You for this fresh start

Thank You for my beloved

Thank You for all the lovin’

We’re ready to begin

We’re ready to praise You

And sing hallelujah

Amen

Oh Lord

Hallelujah

Amen

Sing it with me again

Hallelujah

Amen

Mmmm mmmm mmm

Hallelujah amen

J-bird your turn

Hallelujah amen

Hallelujah amen

Yeah, we knew it from the start

Hallelujah amen

Mmmmm mmm mmm

So good so good

Hallelujah amen

Thank You Jesus

Thank You Lord

All for God’s glory

All for His story

In Jesus’ name

Amen

To God Goes All the Glory
